PERSONAL TRAINING:

Sessions will focus solely on YOU! Your body, your goals and your schedule. Workouts tailored specifically with you in mind. Working together we will achieve long lasting, attainable results. Check below to book one session or click on Plans and Pricing to see bundle options.

LIVE ZOOM TRAINING:

Join me live on zoom 3-4 times a week where we will work though many styles and training types from the comfort of your home. Schedule posted Monday mornings on Social Media. Drop-ins available below or an all access Fitness Subscription available in Plans and Pricing

SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING:

Personal training services in a small group setting (max 4). Join me for the

8 Weeks of Strength course where we focus on healthy and sustainable fitness.  Sessions will include aspects of strength, endurance and stability training. Individual assesments and injury accomodations are used to create the program. Please contact me directly for other semi private options for you and your friends. 

OUTDOOR FITNESS (SEASONAL):

Outdoor workout that will get you moving, feeling good and working up a sweat.  Full body strength and HIIT intervals are combined to challenge the body and mind. You will need to bring your own mat and one set of dunbbells (5-15lbs recommended). Let's have some fun in the sun.
