ABOUT ME
I'm kristen!
I like to help, it's always been my thing. I'm a perfectionist at heart and love a good laugh with friends. I am a mom of two boys and a fur baby and have been with my husband for more than half my life. Kettle corn and a glass of good wine or a dry cider are my favorite indulgences.
And coffee, I can't say enough good things about it, it's a must to start my day.
I am a radio surfer and listen to all genres of music but am horrible at name that tune (like really bad, don't pick me to be on your team).

Fitness and people are my passion. After losing and keeping off over 40lbs (more than 10 years ago) and feeling my best, I knew I wanted to inspire people to feel their best.

As a fitness professional, I believe it is important to teach people the why behind what I am asking them to do. I love weight training and want to teach you the importance of working smarter not harder.
I love connecting with my clients. I love the challenge of getting to know what motivates each person, how to push them or even pull them back. My goal is to make fitness fun and a long-term solution, not just a short term fix.

I offer 1 on 1 personal training and outdoor park workouts in the southeast community of Cranston Riverstone. I also offer an online fitness subscription and virtual zoom workouts that you can do anywhere and anytime. Please contact me for information regarding semi-private sessions as Covid restrictions change.

I first met Kristen at a gym I had joined when my family moved to Calgary. She quickly became my favorite instructor. From the way she ran her class, to the feedback (positive and constructive) on form when exercising, to challenging my decisions on weights....she engages with her positive attitude.
We reconnected a number of years later as she started doing personal training. Over the last 10 months, while working with her in small groups as well as one to one training, I confidently say I am in the best overall shape of my life. The best part is I look forward to my workouts each week as Kristen brings new exercises and challenges to push me.

Have you ever wondered about personal training? If so, I can tell you it's worth every penny with Kris10 Fitness. I began working with Kristen 2x a week in early 2020. Kristen doesn't just put you through the motions, she pushes you, and she pushes you hard. And on top of the amazing workouts, she cares about you. She wants you to be the best version of yourself.
